Customer selling price

Time Trucking Commercial Rate Card

These are Time Trucking's base customer selling rates. The quotation engine starts from these commercial rates. Normal operating costs and normal profit are already incorporated into these rates.

Commercial Pricing Rules

Time Trucking commercial rules can change the customer selling price after the applicable Time Trucking base rate has been selected.

Day vs Per-km Pricing Rule Pending Henning confirmation

Day vs km pricing rule has not yet been confirmed. Automatic quotes requiring this decision must remain review-required.

Additional collection/delivery stop Confirmed

The initial collection and final delivery are not additional stops. R1,500 applies to each additional collection/delivery stop.

Driver night-out allowance Rate confirmed / automatic trigger pending

The R1,750 allowance is added when a driver is required to sleep out. The automatic rule for determining when a night out is required has not yet been confirmed.

10% Minimum Protection Rule Pending Henning confirmation

Normal profit is already included in the Time Trucking commercial rate card. The 10% rule will not be applied as an additional markup until its exact meaning is confirmed.

VAT

VAT is applied to the commercial subtotal. If this remains 0%, VAT configuration requires confirmation before automatic customer quoting.

Diesel Reference & Adjustment

Current diesel information is displayed separately from customer selling-price diesel adjustment.

Diesel price unavailable - automatic pricing requires review. Preferred diesel grade, pricing basis, Time Trucking adjustment, and override expires remain in advanced settings for authorised administrators.

Raw litres x diesel price remains internal cost analysis only. Current diesel below baseline does not reduce Henning's commercial rate unless an approved rule says to.

Incomplete classification or tariff coverage requires review instead of silently using R0.

No generic insurance percentage is used. Additional insurance requires approved policy/rate or manual insurer cost.

Additional Hazardous-Goods External Cost

HAZ cargo selects the HAZ commercial rate. External statutory/permit/escort costs remain separate and quote-specific.
